INCLUDED SERVICES:

- Electricity up to a maximum consumption of 300 kW per week;
- Mid-week cleaning: 3 hours per day, 6 days a week;
- Final cleaning; Crib for children under 2 years; 2 sets of bed and bath linen per week included in the price;
- WiFi internet connection;
- Parking for one car in an external garage;
- Mid-week cleaning: 4 hours per day for 6 days a week (from Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 1 pm), end of stay cleaning, change of bed and bath linen on Wednesdays.
EXTRA COSTS
Additional costs to be paid in cash on site:
- Electricity is included in the price up to a maximum consumption of 300 kW per week.
Meter reading will be done upon arrival and departure; any excess consumption is not included and will be payable on site.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
- Refundable security deposit to be paid in cash before departure: € 700.00 euros.
ON-DEMAND SERVICES
- Extra cleaning: € 15 per hour;
- Extra bed linen change: € 15 (double), € 10 (single);
- Extra towel change: € 10.
- Bedspread: € 5;
- Food delivery: € 30 (+ food and beverage expenses);
- Extra bed: €80 per person. (up to a maximum of 2,500 euros per stay).

CANCELLATION POLICY
30% deposit to be paid at the time of booking. The remaining amount 90 days before arrival.
If the reservation is canceled 90 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded. If the reservation is canceled between 90 and 60 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained. If the reservation is canceled 50 days before arrival, the entire amount will be retained.
